Spinach Tomato Cheese Loaf

1 pk frozen spinach (or fresh equivalent)
1 can diced tomatoes (or fresh equivalent)
1/4 c of salsa
1 c grated soy mozza
1 c cracker crumbs
1 tsp garlic powder

Mix all these ingredients, fill loaf pan, bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Warning: This may or may not turn out loaf-like. Be prepared to eat it like a dip if it turns out dip-like. Either way it's easy and healthy and spinachy and tastes good.
