Roast Potatoes

Cut 5 medium potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Boil until half cooked, drain. Toss to coat in a large bowl with a mix of:

1/4 c flour
1 1/2 tsp veggie stock powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 T nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Dash of cayenne if you like spicy

Bake on a greased tray at 350 for 45-60 minutes turning every 15 minutes. The longer they bake the crispier they get on the outside and the softer on the inside.
