Poutine & French Fries

5 + potatoes, cut into 1 cm slices
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne as desired

If possible, soak sliced potatoes in cold salted water for 30 minutes to release starch. Dry potatoes thoroughly. Toss with oil and spices, then lay evenly on greased pans. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes, flipping all fries halfway.

Make the Gravy recipe. Cover fries with soy mozza and gravy.

Note: Poutine can also be made with Home Fries.
